Faculty: International Relations. In 1983 he graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute with a degree in hydraulic engineering. In 1993 he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in modern international law. Since 2023, he has been working as a lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Courses taught: Foreign policy of the European and American countries, Globalization and World politics.
