A TRAINING SESSION ON THE CONTENT OF THE LAW OF TURKMENISTAN “ON TAXES” WAS HELD
On April 24.2024. was training course on the content of obligations and norms arising from the Law of Turkmenistan “On Taxes”, organized by the Department of International Law, was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The session was conducted by Shaguly Khaidov, an experienced lawyer. Students from the Faculty of International Law of our institute took part in this lesson.
As is known, this law regulates the system of collecting taxes into the state budget of Turkmenistan, general principles of taxation, principles for the occurrence (changes, termination) and the procedure for fulfilling tax payment obligations, rights and obligations of taxpayers and tax authorities. It also provides for liability for violations of the tax legislation of Turkmenistan the right to appeal against decisions of tax authorities and actions of their officers. In addition, such topics as the abolition of taxes, reduction of taxes, emergence of situations related to taxation and fulfillment of tax obligations were widely discussed at these meetings.
Regular holding of such meetings provides an excellent opportunity to develop legal education, legal literacy and legal culture among young people.
