SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE WAS HELD
On May 15, 2025, on the occasion of the Day of the Constitution of
Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan, a scientific-practical conference
entitled “The Constitution of Turkmenistan and the State Flag of Turkmenistan –
Noble Symbols of Peace, Trust, and Prosperity” was held at the Institute of
International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, with
the participation of teachers and students.
The conference was attended by teachers and students of the Institute of
International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and
other higher educational institutions. After the general meeting, the scientific-
practical conference continued its work in sections. Numerous speeches were heard
in the sections on the improvement of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the
principle of humanism, the sanctity of the State Flag, the importance and impact of
protecting the rights of youth in national legislation, and the improvement of
property relations in our country.
The Constitution of Turkmenistan, being the inviolable legal foundation of our
sovereign state, reflects the centuries-old aspirations of our people for unity,
democracy, humanism, patriotism, and justice.
