The scientific conference
On May 6, 2021, a scientific conference was held through online, titled “The fundamentals of the constitution structure of Turkmenistan” on the occasion of the Day of Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The teaching staff and students of the institute,researchers, experts and listeners of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan attended at this scientific conference.
During the conference Ogulgurban Ezimova, a candidate of philosophy and a teacher of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan made a speech on the theme of “The basic principles of environmental policy of Turkmenistan”. In her speech O. Ezimova noted about the creation of the Turkmen Lake Altyn Asyr , regulation of pasture use and some other activities in our country had a positive impact on improving ecological situation in our country.
