A MEETING DEDICATED TO TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS WAS HELD
On February 27, 2024, a meeting on transport diplomacy was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by teaching staff of our Institute, scientific workers of the Scientific Center for Strategic Studies, as well as students. During the meeting, Igor Runov, Executive Secretary of the International Center for Transport Diplomacy, spoke on the topic «Prospects of the Central Asia and South Caucasus Transport Corridor». In his speech, special attention was paid to the results achieved in the development of the transport and logistics system at the international and regional level.
In particular, it was emphasized that the initiatives put forward in the transport sector by our highly respected President are widely supported by the world community. During the meeting, Igor Runov, Executive Secretary of the International Center for Transport Diplomacy under the UN, got acquainted with the museum of the history of Turkmen diplomacy at our Institute and had a question-and-answer session with the students.
