SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE ON THE TOPIC "THE INDEPENDENCE OF TURKMEN IS AN INVIOLABLE FOUNDATION OF A POWERFUL STATE"
On September 20, 2023, the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan jointly organized a scientific and practical conference on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan on the topic “The Independence of Turkmenistan is the Inviolable Foundation of a powerful state.”
The meeting was attended by deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, employees of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, lecturers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State University. The speakers told us about the innovations in the development of the national legal system of Independent Turkmenistan, the role of the digital economy in public administration, the development of judicial legislation of Turkmenistan during the years of independence, and the importance of preventing violations of the law against minors. The speakers also made impressive speeches on national and international legal norms for the systematic use of water resources in Central Asia.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude to Hero Arkadag and the esteemed President of Turkmenistan for the tireless cares of young people, state activities aimed at further developing of the national system.
