Competition for the Cup of the Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan
On May 31, 2022, a brain ring competition for the Cup of the Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The competition was held among students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Y. Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas, the S. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, the D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan and the Oguzhan Engineering and Technology University.
The event was organized jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The competition was held in order to further study energy, transport and water diplomacy, which are the main areas of the foreign policy pursued by the country under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan.
The independent jury of the competition included representatives of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen Logistics Association of Turkmenistan.
At the end of the event, the jury of the competition declared the following teams as winners: the team from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan won the Grand Prix; the team from the Y.Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas won the 1st place; the team from the Magtymguly Turkmen State University – the 2nd place; and the team from the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan – the 3rd place.
The winning team was awarded the Cup of the Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan. The participants of the competition were also awarded the letters of thanks and souvenirs.
