Ambassador of Turkmenistan Held a Training Course
On December 24, 2024, a training course was held at the scientific and methodological Center for the Goals of Sustainable Development at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium Sapar Palvanov. The training course was attended by lecturers and students of the institute.
During the course, Ambassador Sapar Palvanov discussed the relationship between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Belgium, international cooperation, covering service, protocol, and etiquette as well as the diplomatic experiences of the country.
The students found the course informative and had their questions answered.
