International sports success of our student
On June 19-20, 2023, the eighth WKF Karate Championship of Central Asia was held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. The national team of Turkmenistan took part in the tournament along with national teams of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
On behalf of the national team of Turkmenistan, Yusup Garajayev, the first year student of the Faculty of International Law of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, won a bronze medal at the 60 kg weight class.
This success of the student-sportsman is another result of the efforts made by our Arkadag Serdar to develop sports and physical education in the country. We wish the Turkmen athletes to continue to carry our green flag high on the world sports arena.
Congratulations to the athletes of the national team of Turkmenistan on another victory in the competition.
