1987 he graduated from the Magtymguly Turkmen State University with a degree in
philology, a teacher of the Turkmen language and literature.
He
has 28 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience.
From
January 2014 to July 2019, he served as Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs at
the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan.
Since
July 2019, Senior Lecturer, Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism of
the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan.
