AN EDUCATIONAL MEETING «HEALTHY HEARTH – HEALTHY SOCIETY» WAS HELD AMONG THE STUDENTS
On November 20, 2023, an educational meeting “Healthy hearth – healthy society” was held among the students organized by the first Public Organizations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was aimed spreading discipline and national moral principles among the youth, to explain the harm caused by harmful habits to human health, effective ways to prolong the health, activity and life of young people in order to raise the awareness of the youth about the impact of physical education on human health, the health of the family, the observance of hygiene rules, and the awareness of these issues. Yusup Ulugberdiyev, the head of the first Youth Organization of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Bayramgul Goshamyradova, family doctor of Ashgabat city 7th health center of the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, also delivered the speech during the event. They highlighted to stay away from harmful habits, health begins with the family, family health is equal to the health of the country, and the need to build a healthy society.
