A TRAINING SESSION ON PREVENTIVE DIPLOMACY WAS HELD
On October 14, 2024, the Institute of International Relations of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a training
session at a Training Center on the important areas of the Turkmen
Diplomacy. The topic of the session was “The Peacekeeping
Potential of Neutrality and Preventive Diplomacy”.
The lesson was conducted by Begench Karayev, the Lecturer of
the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy.
During the lesson, Lecturer explained that both concepts of
Neutrality and Preventive Diplomacy are important for maintaining
peace and stability in global politics, as they focus on preventing
conflicts and resolving disagreements without resorting to force.
The participants listened attentively to the lecture and asked the
Lecturer their questions interested.
