LECTURE FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE COMPETITION “YOUNG MESSENGERS OF PEACE”
On January 18, 2023, a special lecture for the participants of the intellectual competition “Young Messengers of Peace” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the theme of the 3rd game “Cultural-diplomatic heritage of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia: lessons of peace for the Near and Middle East”.
The theme of the lecture of the 3rd game of the 2nd season, held under the slogan “Dialogue is a guarantee of peace: the culture of peace in the diplomatic heritage of the ancient era” is titled “Cultural-diplomatic heritage of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia: lessons of peace for the Near and Middle East”. It was delivered by the Chief Researcher of the Department of Lexicography, Terminology and Word Culture of the Institute of Language, Literature and Manuscripts named after Magtymguly of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Historical Sciences Akmyrat Babayev.
At the end of the lecture, there was an exchange of questions between the lecturer and students. In general, students gained more information on the theme “Cultural-diplomatic heritage of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia: lessons of peace for the Near and Middle East”
