A consecutive training seminar
On May 12, 2021, the consecutive training seminar with aim of successful implementation of the State Program on Youth Policy for 2021-2025 was held with the participation of the teaching staff and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was organazed jointly by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan. Merjen Gurbannazarova, a senior teacher of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held this seminar.
In her speech, she spoke and explained the students the importance of the human and civil rights, their freedom and obligations. During the seminar, the speeches of the representetives were combined with the students’ interesting questions. This seminar was very effective for the students.
