INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “NATIONAL HERITAGE – SOLID FOUNDATION OF OUR INDEPENDENCE”
The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, will host a hybrid international conference titled “National Heritage – Solid Foundation of Our Independence” on October 5, 2026. The event marks the 35th anniversary of the sacred Independence of Turkmenistan, the declaration of 2026 under the motto “Independent, Permanent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” and the International Day of Intangible Cultural Heritage. The conference will feature representatives from UNESCO Chairs and Clubs from higher education institutions across Turkmenistan and abroad.
