A SCIENTIFIC-CREATIVE CONFERENCE WAS HELD
On December 19, 2025, a scientific and creative conference entitled "The Role of Digital Technologies in Increasing the Impact of Public Diplomacy" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The conference was attended by the representatives of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as the faculty members, students and graduate students of the institute.
During the conference, a representative of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, M. Tangiev, in his speech, outlined the legal foundations of the work being carried out in the country to develop digital technologies. A. Jumagulyev, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, also spoke in detail about the country's digital diplomacy and its potential.
The speakers also spoke about the history of public diplomacy, its current role and significance. In addition, they noted that the emergence of modern Internet technologies opens up a wide range of possibilities for the development of methods of diplomacy adapted to modern conditions.
The work of the scientific-creative conference was successfully concluded, and its participants expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag, and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who are making tremendous efforts to ensure a prosperous life for the Turkmen people and further strengthen the international prestige of our country.
