A Discussion on the Topic: “How is an Innovation-Based Ecosystem Formed?”
On October 9, 2025, a discussion on the topic “How is an Innovation-Based Ecosystem Formed?” was held at the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The event was attended by Mr. Bagrat Yengibaryan, an international expert from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as well as students of the Institute.
During the discussion, the speaker shared engaging and insightful information about innovation and its ecosystem, capturing the attention of the students. The international expert also provided a comprehensive overview of the current state and potential of media literacy.
The discussion was particularly notable for its depth and effectiveness, offering detailed insights into the proper utilization of digital technologies.
At the end of the session, students received thoughtful and appropriate responses from the expert to their questions of interest.
