Conference on the occasion of awarding the highest state awards
On May 20, 2022, a conference was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the occasion of awarding the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov with the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation, as well as awarding the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was attended by the representatives of the Committees of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, as well as professors of our institute and student youth.
With a welcoming speech, the conference was opened and moderated by the rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan J. Gurbangeldiyev.

Seidova, the Chairman of the Committee of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan on International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations, Charyev P., senior lecturer of the Department of International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Babaeva T., lecturer of the Department of World Languages, Gandimova M., lecturer of the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism, as well as Babaeva A., 2nd year student of the Faculty of International Law of the Institute.
In their speeches, the participants noted that the awarding of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov with the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation and the awarding of the Order for the of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan to the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov acquire special symbolism this year, when the fraternal peoples celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
The participants of the conference heartily congratulated the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the award of the highest state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan and wished good health, longevity and success in noble activities for the benefit of the people, the Fatherland and the strengthening of friendly relations with countries of the world.
