Hemzayev Osman graduated from the English Department of the Faculty of Romance-Germanic languages and literature of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi in 2004.
In 1998, he began his career as an English teacher at the 3rd Secondary School in Ashgabat. In 2000, he continued to work as an English teacher at the Research Center of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. In 2007 she was appointed as an English teacher of the Department of Vocational Training at Magtymguly Turkmen State University. From 2008 to the present he is a senior instructor at the Department of World Languages at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
