A training course with an experienced diplomat
On the 16th of December, a training course was held under the title "The principles of foreign policy of the Turkmen nation based on peacefulness and humanity" at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The students of the institute and secondary schools participated in this training course directed by Kakajan Mommadov, the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador, a senior lecturer of the Department of World Languages. This training session was organized by Altyn Magtymova, a lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy. In his speech the experienced diplomat underlined about the basic principles of the peaceful and multifaceted foreign policy pursued in our country. During the training course, the lecturer shared interesting and valuable informations from his life experience and as well as the experienced diplomat noted some requirements and functions for future diplomats and also he highlighted the important tasks that being a diplomat would have to promote friendly relations between the sending State and the receiving State. The experienced diplomat, addressing us that as we, being future diplomats also have the function to develop the social, cultural and economic relations between the States.
