TRAINING COURSE DEDICATED TO INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
On June 18, 2021, an online training course was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of the students of the Institute and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Uzbekistan Republic Yazguly Mammedov. The topic of the training course was “Cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan”. This lesson is a part of series of online courses organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to further enhance the knowledge of the students of the Institute of International Relations on the diplomatic relations between the two countries.
During the lecture, the Ambassador spoke about the current political relations and economic cooperation between the two countries – Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. He told about the activities aimed to expand trade and economic relations, strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation and accelerate the implementation of the Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Iran-Oman international transport corridor, the transport and communications sector.
At the end of the online lesson, the students asked several questions and exchanged views on the development of the diplomatic relations and beneficial cooperation between the two countries. There is no doubt that the lesson was useful and interesting for the students majoring in international studies.
