A solemn presentation of the Russian edition of the Hero-Arkadag «Ömrümiň manysy» took place
On March 17, 2022, presention ceremony of the book of Hero-Arkadag «Ömrümiň manysy» published in Russian Language has been held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The ceremony was attended by heads and staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, heads of permanent missions of foreign and international organizations in Turkmenistan, representatives of the mass media of our country, as well as professors of our institute and student youth.
At the beginning of the presentation, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov spoke in detail about the importance of translating the book «Ömrümiň manysy» into Russian. At the ceremony Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan Alexander Blokhin, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Central Asia, Head of the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Natalia Gherman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan Akmaljon Kuchkarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Turkmenistan Vyacheslav Beskosty, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Farrukh Sharifzoda emphasized that the translation of the book «Ömrümiň manysy» into Russian will help Russian and Russian-speaking readers to get acquainted with the life of our Hero-Arkadag.
Also at the ceremony Rector of the International University of Humanities and Development Esen Aydogdyev, an Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy and a candidate of technical sciences, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Chary Niyazov focused on the urgency of translating this publication into Russian.
It was emphasized that this presentation ceremony testifies to the strengthening of the Turkmen-Russian cooperation and also noted the possibilities for further development of partnership in the political, diplomatic, economic and humanitarian spheres.
