SECOND GOLD MEDAL OF OUR STUDENT IN THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The training of international-level athletes in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State is defined as one of the main directions of the National Program for the Support and Development of Physical Culture and Sports in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 and other state programs. The participation of Turkmen athletes in major international competitions is a clear proof of the success of our country’s sports on the world stage. This is exemplified by the success of Davut Nazmyradov, 2nd year student of the Faculty of International Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, who was awarded U21 male wkf kumite in 84 kg 2nd place, 18 and over male wkf kumite in 84 kg 3rd place, 18 and over male Shobu Ippon kumite in 84 kg 2nd place, U21 male Shobu Ippon kumite in 84 kg 1st place, U21 male Shobu Sanbon kumite in 84 kg 1st place, U21 male Shobu Ippon kumite Open 1st place, U21 male Shobu sanbon kumite Open 3rd place, 18 years Over male ju kumite 2nd place, U21 years male wkf kumite open 2nd place, which gave him second gold medal at the Shotokan Karate World Championship, held in Pardubice, Czech Republic, September 9-11.
