A TRAINING SESSION ON THE POTENTIALS OF NEUTRALITY AND PREVENTIVE DIPLOMACY WAS HELD
On October 30, 2025, a training session on the topic “Effective Directions of the Joint Potentials of Neutrality and Preventive Diplomacy” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan under the direction of “Preventive Diplomacy”. The session was conducted by Begench Karayev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy.
During the session, B.Karayev elaborated on the significant role of Neutrality in maintaining stability in international relations, promoting a culture of dialogue, and encouraging peaceful solutions. He also highlighted the current importance of Preventive Diplomacy, the contribution of Neutrality, and the vital role of the United Nations’ specialized political bodies in supporting peace and strengthening the global order.
At the end of the session, students expressed their interest by asking questions and actively engaging in discussion with the lecturer. The training was held in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and meaningful dialogue.
