Seminar on "The Role of STEM Technologies in Education"
On March 24, 2026, Yagshigeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas hosted a seminar titled "The Role of STEM Technologies in Education". The event featured participation from faculty members of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as representatives from various national higher education institutions via video conferencing.
The integration of STEM technologies (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) into the educational framework is pivotal in cultivating competitive individuals capable of thriving in an increasingly advanced scientific and technological landscape.
During the online seminar, Maksat Churiyev, Head of the Department of Cybersecurity of Yagshigeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas, delivered a keynote presentation. His address was followed by an interactive Q&A session where participants exchanged insights on the practical application of these technologies.
