FESTIVE EVENT DEVOTED TO THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF NEUTRALITY
On December 6, 2022, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, jointly with the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan organized a festive event titled "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan: Creative Labor and Principles of Implementation of Human Rights".
Members of the National Council of Turkmenistan, representatives of the Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, as well as the teaching staff and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan participated in this event. At the festive event, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, member of the Committee on International Affairs of the Halk Maslahaty of the National Council of Turkmenistan Enejan Atayeva, deputy of the Mejlis of the National Council of Turkmenistan, member of the Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy Baymyrat Babayev, Head of the National Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and Women’s Union of Turkmenistan Akjemal Durdyyeva, Director of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan Yagmyr Nuryyev made speeches. Moreover, at the festive ceremony, the participants watched the performances of the musical group composed of students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
In addition, as part of the festive ceremony, the winners of the scientific-practical article competition titled “Creative Labor and Human Rights” had been announced by the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan in the journal "Democracy and Law" were announced. The senior lecturer of the Department of International Law and Comparitive Jurisprudence of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affiars of Turkmenistan Durli Ballyyewa won the first place, the teacher of the Criminal Law Department of the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Dovran Karajayev won the second place, a graduate student of the Civil Law Department of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly won the third place. They were presented with letters of honor and gifts
The participants of the festive event wished the esteemed President long life, strong health and success in his state affairs aimed at the walfare of the Turkmen people and the development of the state.
